Miiintz is a proprietary brand owned and operated by Sequoia Atlantic Distribution Company, with all rights, trademarks, and related intellectual property held under its private trust structure. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund/Return Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. Please read carefully.

1. Educational and Informational Purpose

All content, products, and communications offered by Miiintz are provided for lawful purposes only. Our products are sold strictly as aromatic, technical, or horticultural goods. No statements on this website should be construed as medical, dietary, or smoking advice. Miiintz is not a law firm, financial adviser, medical provider, or licensed counseling service. All information is provided in good faith and constitutes opinion and educational content.

By engaging with Miiintz, the User acknowledges that all materials, products, and communications are offered under private contract, governed by equity, law merchant, and the law of contracts. Compliance with federal laws and regulations by Miiintz or its affiliates does not create or imply consent to statutory jurisdiction. Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver of rights reserved under UCC 1-308 or as an agreement to subject the Trust, Trustees, or Beneficiaries to any external statutory liability.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using this website or placing an order, you affirm that you are legally eligible to do so, which includes being at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age in jurisdictions where such age restrictions apply). You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding hemp, cannabinoids, product handling, and possession, and you accept full responsibility for ensuring that the purchase and importation of any product is lawful in your location. All purchases must be made using the name of the individual whose credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument is being used; fraudulent or third-party transactions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the order and potential legal action. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment method provided. You further acknowledge that while Miiintz maintains compliance with federal laws and regulatory frameworks, such compliance shall not be construed as consent to statutory jurisdiction. All transactions, rights, and obligations are governed under private contract, equity, and natural law, and no Trustee, Beneficiary, or affiliate of Miiintz shall be held personally liable for your actions or omissions.

3. Orders, Payments & Processing

All orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Miiintz accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as other approved payment methods, through secure payment processors. By submitting an order, you authorize Miiintz to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, and you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. Orders must be placed using the legal name of the individual whose card or payment method is being used, and Miiintz reserves the right to cancel or reject any order that does not meet this requirement. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information, and for ensuring that their payment method is valid and authorized at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from licensed and compliant facilities within the United States. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier. While Miiintz makes every effort to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays, weather, or other logistical disruptions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout; Miiintz is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales made through Miiintz are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with product selection, taste, or effect. Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our goods, as well as compliance and safety considerations, once an order is placed and processed it cannot be canceled or reversed. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout to ensure accuracy. Any attempted chargeback or reversal of payment will be treated as a fraudulent act and as a breach of this Agreement. Miiintz reserves the right to dispute such actions vigorously, pursue collection of the full order amount, and seek damages, fees, or legal remedies available under both law and private contract.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials displayed on this site — including but not limited to the Miiintz name, logo, product descriptions, graphics, packaging designs, trade names, trademarks, and other proprietary assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of Miiintz (a brand owned and operated by Sequoia Atlantic Distribution Company) or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, or misrepresentation of any such content is strictly prohibited. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any intellectual property without prior written consent from Miiintz. We reserve all rights in law and equity to enforce our intellectual property against infringement, dilution, counterfeiting, or unfair competition.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All products offered by Miiintz are provided strictly “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any examples, testimonials, or references to outcomes are for illustrative purposes only and shall not be construed as guarantees of performance, results, or experience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miiintz, its trusts, affiliates, officers, and trustees disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this website, our Services, or our products. By purchasing from Miiintz, the customer accepts full and sole responsibility for the lawful possession, handling, and end use of all products and acknowledges that such use is entirely at their own risk.

8. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Law Merchant, supplemented by Common Law and Equity, with arbitration serving as the exclusive remedy for all disputes. All disputes shall be resolved by binding private arbitration conducted in the county and state of Miiintz’s principal situs. Arbitration shall be carried out by a single neutral arbitrator, who shall have no authority to award punitive damages, add parties, or certify a class action. The arbitrator shall be bound by contract, the principles of the Law Merchant, and equity maxims, and judgment shall be final and binding upon all parties. The User expressly waives any right to a jury trial, and any damages awarded, if applicable, shall not exceed the purchase price of the program or product in dispute.

9. Compliance & Jurisdictional Notice

By accessing or using our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are solely and entirely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws relating to the purchase, possession, and use of hemp products. You further acknowledge that while Miiintz operates in adherence with applicable federal compliance standards, such adherence shall not be construed as submission to statutory jurisdiction or as a waiver of rights reserved under the Law Merchant, Common Law, and Equity. All transactions are conducted in good faith under private contract and are binding only within that framework. Any attempt to assert statutory jurisdiction over Miiintz, its trustees, or affiliates beyond the scope of voluntary private contract is expressly denied and shall be treated as a trespass upon trust. All disputes, without exception, shall be subject solely to equity and private arbitration as set forth in these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miiintz, Sequoia Atlantic Distribution Company, their trustees, beneficiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, service providers, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, arbitration costs, and enforcement expenses) arising directly or indirectly out of or relating to: (i) your access to or use of the website, Services, or products; (ii) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) any misrepresentation, fraudulent conduct, or unlawful use of a payment method; (iv) your misuse, mishandling, or unlawful possession of products; and (v) any third-party claims resulting from your actions or omissions. You acknowledge and agree that your duty to indemnify includes defending against claims at your sole expense, even if any Indemnified Party is alleged to be negligent or otherwise responsible, to the maximum extent permitted under the Law Merchant and applicable equity.

11. Modifications

Miiintz reserves the sole and absolute right, at its discretion, to update, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice, by posting the revised Terms on this page. Such modifications shall take immediate effect upon posting and shall govern all existing and future transactions and interactions with Miiintz. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued access to or use of the website, Services, or products after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms, without limitation or qualification. Miiintz shall not be liable for any claim or loss arising from a User’s failure to review or understand the most current version of these Terms.
