Bv Miiintz is a proprietary horticultural and aromatic brand owned and operated by Sequoia Atlantic Distribution Company. Miiintz holds a valid California Hemp Handler’s License (License No. 29977) issued under the Processors Law (Chapter 6) and Produce Dealers Act (Chapter 7) of Division 20 of the California Food and Agricultural Code, which require licensure for entities that purchase, process, or handle industrial hemp for resale or processing CDFA. This legal framework affirms Miiintz’s authority to engage in the lawful handling and distribution of hemp-based horticultural goods within California.

All operations are conducted under federal law, consistent with applicable USDA-approved state plans and regulations governing industrial hemp. Miiintz’s offerings are marketed exclusively as horticultural and aromatic goods and are not intended for smoking, ingestion, or consumption of any kind. Compliance with California’s evolving Total THC and Δ‑9 THC laws since recent amendments does not apply to our scope, as our products are non-consumable and strictly fall outside the restricted categories targeting consumables.

Miiintz complies fully with California Food and Agricultural Code provisions regarding industrial hemp, including registration, testing, and inspection protocols outlined in Division 24 and Chapter 8 of Title 3, Division 4 of the California Code of Regulations. We adhere to approved cultivar lists, testing thresholds (≤ 0.3% THC dry weight), and are subject to random inspections, recordkeeping, and corrective enforcement by the CDFA as mandated by law.

Miiintz will not ship to any jurisdictions or states where the handling or sale of industrial hemp—even as horticultural goods—is prohibited or restricted under state law. These include, but are not limited to, states such as Idaho, South Dakota, and Mississippi, where industrial hemp commerce remains restricted at the time of this notice.

This Legal Notice is issued under private contract and administered under the Law Merchant, with Common Law and Equity as supplemental principles of governance. The issuance of this notice, Miiintz’s licensure, and compliance with legal standards do not establish consent to statutory jurisdiction by Miiintz, its trustees, beneficiaries, or affiliates. All rights are expressly reserved under UCC 1-308, without prejudice and without recourse.

All products offered by Miiintz are derived from federally lawful hemp and are marketed strictly as horticultural and aromatic goods. None of our products are intended for smoking, ingestion, or consumption of any kind. Miiintz is licensed by the California Department of Food and Agriculture under Hemp Handler License No. 29977 and operates under Division 20, Chapters 6 and 7 of the California Food and Agricultural Code. All goods are tested, documented, and maintained in accordance with both California and federal hemp law, including the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill (7 U.S.C. § 1639o et seq.), which expressly legalizes hemp containing not more than 0.3% Δ-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.

Possession, sale, or transport of Miiintz products does not constitute possession of marijuana under state or federal law. Any enforcement action taken against our products, our brand, or our customers would therefore constitute interference with lawful commerce and trespass upon private contract. We remind all officials that jurisdiction over hemp commerce is limited by statute, that hemp is no longer a controlled substance under federal law, and that Miiintz is in full compliance with California hemp regulations as a non-consumable goods provider.

Miiintz asserts its rights under the Law Merchant, Common Law, and Equity, and does not consent to any extension of statutory jurisdiction beyond the scope of voluntary private contract. Trustees, beneficiaries, and affiliates shall not be held personally liable for any enforcement action taken against the products or brand. All rights are expressly reserved under UCC 1-308, without prejudice and without recourse.
