Refund policy

Effective Date: September 1st 2025

All purchases made through Miiintz.com are final. Due to the sensitive and compliance-regulated nature of horticultural and aromatic products, Miiintz does not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and full payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully prior to checkout to confirm product type, quantity, payment details, and shipping information.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer at the time the order is delivered to the carrier. Miiintz packages and ships all products securely and in good faith, but we do not assume responsibility for delays, losses, damages, or errors caused by carriers, weather events, or other factors outside of our direct control. Such circumstances do not constitute grounds for refund or replacement.

Miiintz products are sold strictly as horticultural and aromatic goods. Any use of the products for consumption or other purposes beyond their marketed intent is outside our control and is solely the responsibility of the customer. By purchasing from Miiintz, you accept full responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and use of the products.

Any attempt to reverse payment, initiate a chargeback, or dispute a completed purchase without valid cause will be deemed fraudulent and a breach of this Agreement. Miiintz reserves the right to challenge such actions, recover the full purchase amount, and pursue additional damages, fees, and remedies available under both law and private contract. Customers engaging in fraudulent disputes will remain personally liable for all associated costs.

This Refund & Return Policy is issued under private contract and administered within the jurisdiction of the Law Merchant, supplemented by Common Law and Equity. Compliance with federal or state requirements does not constitute consent to statutory jurisdiction. Trustees, beneficiaries, and affiliates of Miiintz shall not be held personally liable for customer claims or disputes arising from this Policy. All rights are expressly reserved under UCC 1-308, without prejudice and without recourse.
